- Crossing Accident-Accident involving auto or train at a crossing
- Crossings Malfunctioning-Gate or signal activating falsely or not operating
- Environmental – Hazmat Emergency-Hazardous material release
- Trespassing – Non-authorized personnel/vehicles on railroad private property
- Theft or Vandalism – Theft or defacement of railroad property
